I recently won a wonderful giveaway from Carol of The Polka Dot Closet ! She is such a nice blog friend and was recently featured in the September 2010 issue of Romantic Homes Magazine for her charming paper doll projects! Before I go, I thought I'd share a couple of fun photos I took recently! We had a sudden storm with heavy rain and hail which stopped as suddenly as it started! It was followed by this beautiful double rainbow...the second one is a little hard to see...
Also this week, I spotted this huge iridescent dragonfly on our porch window screen...
Look at the markings on the head~ like a big eye ~
I thought it was just beautiful...

The paper doll is beautiful! I used to LOVE to play with paper dolls when I was little! I just bought some colorform paper dolls for my granddaughter in fact! Also, what a great shot of the dragon fly!! Have a great week!!

Linda, that dragonfly is exquisite! It reminds me of some of the amazing jeweled dragonflies I saw at the Grand Bazaar in Turkey (only yours is real, and therefore much more magnificent).
