A New Collage...and Thank You!
Monday, February 7, 2011
I am feeling much better now and wanted to thank you for your sweet get well wishes! You all sure know how to make a girl feel loved!
I spent my downtime resting, catching up on some reading, and making a new collage!
My base was the leatherbound cover of an old ledger book. I used a page of the little vintage notebook Kim sent me, as well as great feather and butterfly graphics from The Graphics Fairy ! (She has such wonderful graphics~ be sure and visit her!) Vintage wood lotto pieces, as well as a slide holder, hardware, natural elements~ a little starfish, shell, and moss~ and other graphics I had were added as well...
It' is a very 3-D piece...
For a little whimsy, I stamped it with the date...
I had fun working on this piece! I am linking to The Graphics Fairy's Brag Monday
and
Savvy Southern Style's Wow Us Wednesdays Party
Until next time...
Linda
