Ready for the next tour from the 2013 Bachman's Ideas House? This one is a bit of a long one...the upstairs! For those of you who might have wondered...I am not compensated in any way for these posts...I just enjoy sharing the tour! Remember, you can click on any photo for a closer look and there's a link at the top of my sidebar where you can visit my posts on all of the
previous Ideas Houses!
Today we'll start with the man's office...
Lots of fun tie and belt ideas in this room...
The floor lamp base is made with golf clubs...
Here's a peek at the upstairs bathroom...
Here's a fun idea!
One of the bedrooms is used as a workshop for the event planner... here's a set-up for Halloween!
There is a harvest table...
And a set-up for a fall vineyard wedding...
Love these fun napkin rings...
The guest bedroom has lots of natural and industrial elements...
My favorite upstairs space is the master bedroom!
I LOVE the way screen doors are used against the window
and serve as a headboard...
So many fun ideas! Next time, I'll wrap up the tour with the outdoor decorating...lots of autumn color!
I am joining Angie for Knick of Time Tuesday
Until next time...
Linda
ReplyDeleteThank you once again for sharing the Bachman House Tour with us. I always enjoy it!
I went all the way back to 2011 a couple of days ago!
There are so many wonderful ideas.
Thank you, Linda! It is always so fun looking at all the Bachman House ideas. They put a lot of thought into each room. What do they do with ll the goodies afterwards?
ReplyDeleteSo many creative ideas! My favorites are the ironing board shelf, that fabulous table in the office, and the screen door headboard in the window. Thanks for sharing Linda.
ReplyDeleteSo many innovative ideas! I've seen those cute wire plant stands countless times, but never thought to mount one on the wall. I love that idea! And the burlap covering the ceiling would be a heck of a lot easier than the plastering overhead we've been doing in our house! Thanks again for the fun tour, Linda. I've got to go back and look again.....
ReplyDeleteGood morning Linda! I have been so feverishly working on my afghan that i have missed a lot of doins' in blogland! I just caught up on your idea posts!!! Love the ironing board message center, and the ties on the fan...so many wonderful ideas!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Fall my friend!

Linda I've just gone through your entire tour and I can't tell you how fun it was to look at all these wonderful ideas. I actually love the shade of blue in the man's office and all those belts are a hoot. The Halloween scene was a favorite too...I love everything halloweeny!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite was the master bedroom too, Linda. I really like those screen doors as the headboard. I liked the old locker and the lamp made from golf clubs in the office too. So many great ideas!
ReplyDeleteLove this series, Linda, it must have been so much fun! I love the man's office - we are remodeling to include one for my Hubby and there are some great ideas in there! Love the gauges and propeller as decorations and those necktie covered photo frames. Thanks for sharing! Hugs xoxo
ReplyDeleteI always love these posts, Linda. Thank you for taking the time to share them with us. That desk is calling my name, by the way! I'm off to read the previous two posts.

Thanks for the upstairs tour. I just love these posts. I too think the master bedroom is my favorite. Love the black and white. My daughter-in-law is using black and white in her new home. She added a touch of red and it looks great.
ReplyDeleteI like that saturated blue paint in the first image. The screen doors are pretty darn cool as a headboard.
ReplyDeleteThe lockers, yup I want the lockers.
ReplyDeleteEvery time I look at the things they put together in that house, I realize how utterly uncreative I must be. They sure think of things that would never occur to me. Despite all that, my favorite thing was the lockers :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for posting all the pictures and don't ever stop! I've only been in town on time to see a couple of the houses. Love the color scheme they chose this time and the table on the front porch, fabulous! Inspiring how they make the mundane so interesting, the ironing board, the type writer table, that plant stand in the bathroom, crazy good!
ReplyDeleteThanks again, Susanne.
So many fabulous ideas! Thanks so much for taking us along on the tour as well, you must of had a fun time!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Patti
