Ready for more from the 2013 Bachman's Holiday Ideas House?
Thank you for all of your wonderful comments on part one! You might notice I did a little blog re-decorating, too, so the photos are larger now!
We'll pick up the tour in the sunroom! A salvaged bin
is being re-used as a holiday serving bar...

Next, we'll head into the dining room...
The kitchen is very cheery...lots of red...even the walls
have been painted red!
It's time for soup!
Just off the kitchen, the main floor bathroom is also painted red...
I love the way tea towels are used as curtains all around the house...
Next time, we'll finish up the tour with the upstairs! Remember, there is a icon at the top of my sidebar, that will take you to links to posts from all of the previous Ideas Houses! Feel free to pin to Pinterest~ there is a floating "Pin It" button on each photo.
I am joining Linda at Coastal Charm for Nifty Thrifty Tuesday
Until next time...
So many great ideas here! Love it!!

I love all the red they used in the house this year! The open shelving filled with red accent pieces is my favorite. And the old workbench used as a bar is too cool! Thanks for sharing, Linda!
ReplyDeleteLove those paper snowflakes! Lots of fun ideas, thanks for sharing them. I hope to see you post your hot cocoa station?
ReplyDeleteAlways look forward to this tour. We lived in Mpls. for several years and always loved going to Bachman's (especially at Christmas). Jan
ReplyDeleteHello dear Linda,
ReplyDeleteThank you for the tour in this really red white christmas home... I love the white folded stars, the red goblets, and there are so many fun things to look at.
I wish you a great week,-hugs,
Dorthe
It's all excellent as usual. What caught my attention were the amazing huge snowflakes, the old wood candle sconces next the the hutch, and please tell me there is no such thing as cream of lutefisk soup!
ReplyDeleteOh, I'd love to have those red hearts!
ReplyDeleteYou captured the house much better than I did! I loved all the red and I really liked those downstairs bathroom curtains!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
My goodness, they think of everything!
ReplyDeleteIt would make a great place for a party..
So much inspiration! Thanks for sharing. Visiting from NTT :)
ReplyDeleteThe tea towels as curtains are terrific. Also the wheels as a table on the other post are a great idea.
ReplyDeleteAnother wonderful tour full of inspiration. I think I need that butcher block island. Thanks for sharing Linda.
ReplyDeleteI really love your header! The truck pulling the little trailer with the trees is so cute! Thanks again for the great pics of the Bachman house.....they never seem to run out of ideas! My favorite is that bar!! Love the wine in the wire basket on the side.

Thanks for the second edition of the tour. Love all those reds and those curtains are so cute. Interesting use of red on the walls. Wasn't sure I would like it but I did. Looking forward to next post.
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy this tour! LOVE those tea towels as curtains and of course love all the red they've used!
ReplyDeleteSo many wonderful ideas! So little time! Love that bar - such a great repurposing of that wonderful old piece. Love the soup station, too and the little corner sink. I have one exactly like it in my shed waiting for the day my Mr. builds me a potting shed. Thanks for sharing - I love taking the tour. xo Karen
ReplyDeleteThanks for another tour, I look forward to more! If my time and money budget would allow, I'd love to do our house all in red for Christmas!
