With the onset of September, I begin to feather the nest a little...adding some autumn into our home. Often I don't need to make major changes...
with a fairly neutral decor, a little fall color does the trick!

I found these wonderful apple prints at the thrift store...
along with fall wreaths and a charming old syrup tin...
Even just a little Chinese Lantern sprig adds a touch of color. The silk Chinese Lanterns (on the table, as well) are inexpensive and very pretty...

I love your seasonal touches--so pretty! Yay, Revi! Blessings, Cecilia
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, Linda! I love how you've hung the wreath around your dress forms neck. A very pretty seasonal "necklace" for her. : ) I haven't done any fall decorating yet. I just can't get into it while it is hot and humid out still. Another couple of weeks and I'll be in the attic looking for my fall bins!
ReplyDeleteLinda, all of your fall touches are beautiful! Congratulations to the winner!

ReplyDeleteLinda I want to jump into these photos and stay awhile, they are ALL so gorgeous. Your staging of your home leaves me so inspired. Can you come to Huntington Beach and fix my house? Seriously, what a giant project I'm in the middle of. It's good I have friends like you that keep me going. Thanks so much for always being so positive, I loved hearing from you. And I agree.. the location was the best decision for us, even it meant getting a house that needs some work.
