Sometimes all it takes to bring the season to a space is a few little changes!
I often use spots of color to change it up. My dining room hutch
is one space where a little goes a long way...
a stoneware pitcher, some seasonal plates
and autumn foliage pieces bring a subtle feeling of fall...
I love the combination of aqua and orange...
The little tartan book is an old miniature Robert Burns poetry book from Scotland...
And a little touch of whimsy is fun, too!
I am joining~
Until next time...

ReplyDeleteLinda you are so great at added the Itsy Bits and Pieces that give your goodies just the right pop! I have that exact same pitcher and it is one of my favorites. I need to do a little changing up, but I can't change up my favorite pink room. I guess I'm gonna have to collect some more milk glass and add to some of my shelves. I think I'm gonna do some painting this week. GREAT!

ReplyDeleteIt's interesting how little orange is needed to really make a statement, this hutch is beautifully styled and its lovely black color is helping me decide on some bookshelves that I'm nervous about painting (black). Funny but I keep stumbling on posts that have these beautiful black pieces and I'm getting braver each time I see one...hahaha
