It's been awhile since I have had a day to go thrifting...
and I had fun finding some of the spring goodies in the shops right now!
I love this pretty basket...looks perfect with spring flowers...
I have wanted a chocolate bunny decoration for quite awhile...and I found this ceramic planter! It's just what I wanted to hold a spring nest...
I love this worn vintage paper mache covered bowl...
in The Shop this week...
This pretty tole tray has a wonderful garden look...
This old gallon bottle has a wonderful wood handle...
and this little drinking glass has such sweet decoration...
A big spool of string always makes its way into my shopping cart...
as does a pretty tarnished silverplate candleholder!
It's always a fun day in the thrift stores!
I am joining~
Until next time...
Linda, you & I could do some serious damage shopping together. I love your finds. That gal bottle reminds me of childhood days and tossing the clothespins into the bottle for the win at birthday parties. The little library books - I have a collection/post of those; and like you, no string goes orphaned on my watch. ;-)

ReplyDeleteHi Linda,
ReplyDeleteWhen will you be going to the Idea house? We live in Texas, so we only get to see it thru you.
Kelly
Going in April!
DeleteLooks like you found some great things at the thrift stores. I'll have to go take a look at your shop now! I love those faux chocolate bunnies to decorate with.
ReplyDeleteI'm envious, Linda...I never seem to have luck in thrift stores but not for lack of trying!! I need to scout out some away from my area. Michigan has some great "malls". The basket is awesome...you will get a lot of use out of that. I'm seeing the chocolate bunnies here and there... they are SO realistic! This one you have is cool. And send some of that string my way. I find a zillion uses for string, ribbon and twine.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visits. Your comments mean more than you know.
