A Fun Collectible...

I had a great find at the thrift store the other day...
someone had donated some vintage metal signs! 
I love the bright colors and the graphics, 
as well as the way they were impressed and the wear.  
I think they will be fun, whimsical art pieces!


 The 4-H sign brought back memories of 
being a member when I was a young teen...

 I think the worn patina adds to the look...

 Signs are always one of my favorite things to decorate with! 
And at a couple of dollars each, they were easy on the budget, too!

    I love these!! Seems like when I find them they are in terrible shape and cost a fortune.

    Linda, Love the signs. Our 4-H fair is going on right now . Our town paper showed pictures of teens that had been in 4-H for 10years. I loved that. Kids learn things is 4-H and scouting that stays with them. Blessings, xoxo, Susie

    Yes, I love decorating with signs. I don't actually have any authentic old signs though. I loved 4H too! I was in it while in elementary school and remember going away to camp during the summer.

    Yes I do use them now! After last summer at Haupt and the street signs I found and the cool signs you found!!!! Great find you have here!
