Itsy Bits And Pieces Christmas Decorating 2016

Time to share a little Christmas
and winter decorating from our home to yours!

This weekend we had 7" of snow
and I always think it makes the best decoration...

Come on in and visit...

This chalkboard printable from Dear Lillie
makes a fun focal point on our simple mantel...

The sunporch has a little decorating this year...

I didn't put up garlands this year...just dressed the newel post
with a couple of old scarves...

Tiny fairy lights look like a starry night over the Nativity...

The tiny Christmas Cactus I bought last year,
has doubled in size and is blooming again!

I've been having fun painting signs this Christmas...
wishing you Peace...

I hope you enjoyed a little glimpse at the Christmas decor here at Itsy Bits And Pieces!

I am joining Debra of Common Ground and
Brenda of Cozy Little House for their
Home For Christmas link party!
There will be lots of inspiration!

Until next time...

The old candy boxes with chocolate covered cherries are wonderful.
Love the plaid throws and scarfs, also the red and white pillow in the chair.

  4. Your Christmas decor is wonderful! Loving that Buffalo check bedding!!! Btw, I thought that tin said Snickers for a second and I got all excited, but Google tells me that means "sugar". Almost as good as a tin full of Snickers :)

Just to mention a few of my favorite things....your chalkboard art looks great, love the scarves on the banister, and the display of choc covered cherry candy boxes, and that Santa with bird (is that a corn husk??!) Your home is most welcoming with all the vintage charm. Thank you for showing how to use those things and inspiring!

  31. Your house for Christmas is like a big Ol' Hug! Seeing those Chocolate Covered Cherry boxes reminds me of my Daddy. Those were his favorite and he always stocked up at Christmas. LOVE the little lamb mold, the bedding, and all the rest. We got a little snow here yesterday, and you're right, it's the best decoration of all. Christmas hugs, xoxo Deb

Those used to be such a Christmas specialty! I had a great-aunt who loved them. We knew getting chocolate-covered cherries for Aunt Bessie was always a good gift idea!
