It's that time again! Time to share the Bachman's 2019 Holiday Ideas House! I always love the colors, plants, and decorations in the Holiday house and this time was no exception...it was one of my favorites!
If this is your first time visiting a tour...Bachman's is a long standing Minnesota home, garden, and floral business with several branches and online. Since 2010, they have have been holding seasonal ideas houses in an old family home on the flagship property to showcase their current products and fun ideas. Nearly everything in house is for sale, and 20% of the ticket price goes to charity...this time, for Pinky Swears Foundation, helping children with cancer, and their families.
Ready for the tour? Grab a drink and put your feet up...there's lots to see!
I've tried to catch the overall feeling and share some decor ideas, too!
Let's head into the front porch...the theme this time is "Classic Christmas".
The porch is a cozy winter wonderland...
Snow batting, skis, and icicles make a wonderful window treatment!
There are wonderful pillows and throws...great color and textures.
Who's ready for some hot cocoa?
These mittens serve as tiebacks for the blanket throw curtains.
Ready to head indoors?
The blues of the porch give way to traditional
red and green colors inside the house!
The living room is ready for entertaining!
Green and blooming plants are all around...
Look how these wire grids are used...
I love the wallpaper (from Hirshfield's) used in this space...
The sunroom is winter pretty...
The window valances are made from table runners...
The dining room is set up for a buffet.
The kitchen is festive and dressed up!
Those cute canisters!
I love the way they use metal cooling racks for displays!
Such a fun advent calendar...
This is the little back stairwell off the kitchen.
It leads to the lower bathroom, and has a coat nook.
The little powder room is decorated, too!
You can always visit any of the previous Bachman's Ideas House tour posts!
Until next time...
I think the sled coffee table is my favorite! LOTS of cute stuff and inspiration in there though!
ReplyDeleteLinda, So many cute ideas. I love the little display cabinet by the stove. That looks like they put a ton of work and great ideas into Christmas. Thanks for bringing us along. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie
ReplyDeleteI just love this jam packed tour! I love the barrels with the sled on top! And the decor was pretty rustic, my fave!

ReplyDeleteHi Linda,
ReplyDeleteI always look forward to this tour each year and so happy you take time to take pics and share it with all of us. What is the white chippy white piece with the candle in it. Is that a Lantern??? OMG I need to know what that is. It caught my eye and I love it. Happy week. Have fun as we head into the new week
Hugs,
Kris
Oh Wow!!!! So much gorgeousness! I love the throw - it's given me an idea for my next crochet blanket!
ReplyDeleteLove all of the ideas! I really like the sled over the barrels--quick side table.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Isn't that idea fun?
DeleteLove, love, love! These tours are always fantastic. Thank you for sharing with us. So many creative ideas and eye candy!
ReplyDeleteI think the holiday house tour is probably my favorite and I was intently looking at each photo for all the little things they do so I didn't miss anything. Trying to pick my fav..... I really like that simple scarf wreath, and since I'm the proud owner of 8 ski poles thanks to an auction, I paid extra attention to all of those. My poles however are just stuck into the snow courtesy of my husband when he realized I wasn't getting around to painting the skis this year. That's decorating right?
ReplyDeleteThis is so much fun Linda! I love all the ski inspired stuff and of course those pops of red are fabulous too. Heading over to see the rest of the tour now. Hugs, CoCo
ReplyDeleteThink I almost enjoyed it more through your pictures than I did in real life! So many amazing ideas! Sharing and pinning! Have a Merry Christmas!
