Thank You...and a Simple Project...

Before I begin today, I want to thank you all for your sweet and comforting comments on my last post.  I so appreciate it.  I feel the love, my friends...

I am getting back into life and staying creative.  Recently, I stopped into our local Half Price Books store and found this...

a set of cow note cards with four different designs.

I thought they would be great framed...

A trip to the thrift store produced a perfect frame.

I love how it turned out...

So I thought I would share and have a quick little giveaway!  If you'd like a set of 4 cow cards, just leave a comment on this post letting me know you'd like
to add your name to the pot...

I'll also throw in a few of my Itsy Bits And Pieces for fun...

Be sure to have your email enabled on your profile, so I am able to contact you if you win.  It's a quick little giveaway and ends Wednesday, May 21st at 7 PM CST.
Good luck!
THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED

I am joining~

Until next time...

  18. Linda my husband and I just returned from a trip to VA and I was fascinated by the cows more than anything. They were on the mountains, in the pond (couldn't believe that one) and by the road. I LOVED them. This would be a perfect remembrance of our trip.

  36. Oh, I love those cards! My husband and I have a ranch in the Texas Hill Country and occasionally have a small herd of cattle on the place (we lease the grazing) but often they have to be taken off because of the drought conditions we are in here. I could never have my own herd because I would be calling the vet for arthritis medicine, etc when they got old--could never send them to auction because they would be my pets!! So I would really enjoy those great cards!
Love all the other ephemera you are tossing into the giveaway. Thanks for the chance to win,
    Bambi

  39. Linda! You made me laugh out loud; we can drive five minutes down the road from home and see cows and you find them charming enough to frame! People in other parts of the country would not understand that a baby calf out in a meadow is an attraction here!

  60. I love the cows, but don't put me in the pot. I actually have sitting by me some vintage game pieces and paper stuff that I keep thinking YOU would want! I save them in case I ever sell stuff, I'd use them for tags, but you know how that goes.....
