Summer Garden Glimpses...

With July upon us, our gardens are in full bloom!
I particularly love the Asiatic lilies...

So many beautiful colors...

Daylilies are prolific right now, too...

The spirea blooms are fading, but still lovely.

The flower boxes and planters are full...

These sweet potatoes have begun to climb...

Astilbe...

and roses...

The cherries are done, but the apples
have a way to go until harvest time...

And I finally planted some pole beans last week...

It's fun to see the changes each week...

Summer is going by so quickly...and I've been
taking time to enjoy it all!  Hope you are, too!

Until next time...
I hope you have a wonderful Fourth of July!

  1. Your asiatics are so pretty. I have 3 surviving from a mixed bulb pack bought years ago, sadly it's the ones that are 4 feet tall, but the flowers are still gorgeous. I love seeing other peoples gardens and containers.

  2. Linda, everything is so pretty! I need some Astilbe...that's not in my yard. It's so hot here that plants are already pooping out. I'm not giving up though!

    Have a wonderful weekend. :)

  12. Your flowers are beautiful, my lilies are blooming like crazy too. And my hydrangea is blooming profusely after two years of no blooms at all. The critters around here keep eating my veggies - almost all the lettuce is gone and I haven't had one salad yet!

  14. Hi Linda, Your lillies look beautiful and I love reading how lovely your garden is looking. I am somewhat of a new gardener and I do love a bit of gardening even though I have a tiny garden where everything is mostly in pots. Have a lovely week. Sharon

  16. I loved visiting your garden Linda :)

Everything looks so pretty. I especially loved that sweet crow and the little garden gate.

Everything here feels so behind with our unseasonal weather... still the sun is out now - hope it stays for a bit!
